Highly in touch and customized coaching experience working directly with me. This elite program is tailored to the individuals needs and goals. There is constant communication about training, nutrition plans, and anything in between!

1 on 1 Hybrid Coaching Program
A hands on elite coaching program. If you want to learn how to train and build a sustainable way to reach your goals then work directly with me one on one in person. Training, mobility, recovery, and nutrition plans at your fingertips.

8 Week Training Program
Change and building healthy habits to reach goals takes time. This 8 week program gives you an inside look of how i train and gives you an idea of how I train those in my program. 4 training days with a recovery day and mobility day included.



About me


My story
My name is Cameron Carson and I am the owner of Dynamic Athlete Performance. I am a former D1 athlete and I have experienced first hand the highs & lows of athletics. Playing at the division one level has provided me with learning from some of the best in the industry when it comes to preparing, strengthening, mobilizing, and overall improving the body and mind. I started off my college career as a walk-on. I had to prove myself every single day and commit more than anyone else on the team to earn a chance to play. I earned the chance to start in 40+ games and set school records. My passion for self improvement didn't stop there, I developed a love for the strength and conditioning side of athletics. I have been learning continuously for the past 6 years how to train and fuel my body the most sustainable way. I left college football following an injury that required surgery. Following surgery and exiting college football I have tried many different approaches to health and fitness but found a well rounded training and nutrition plan that leaves me feeling better than when I was playing. I have been coaching athletes and non-athletes post graduation. I have helped those individuals reach there goals whether that is athletic goals, body composition goals, or just overall developing a sustainable health and fitness lifestyle. Everyone learns and operates completely different so I decided to create a program that takes the approach of coaching to a much more personal level where I can understand my client's and what makes them tick and operate to their best capabilities.
